Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Accord platform operated by Litigo Limited (company number 16053612). By using Accord, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Accord to:

  • Produce fraudulent, misleading, or dishonest court documents
  • Breach your duty of full and frank disclosure in financial proceedings
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten any person, including the other party in proceedings
  • Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or abusive
  • Attempt to manipulate AI systems to produce harmful or misleading output
  • Access another person's account or data without authorisation
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate family law document preparation and case management

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached this policy. In serious cases, including suspected fraud or perjury, we may report the matter to the relevant authorities including the police and HM Courts & Tribunals Service.
